Terms & Conditions – Pilates Retreat 2026

 

1. Retreat Offer & Prices
The Pilates Retreat takes place in a private accommodation in Cappadocia and includes five nights in carefully selected rooms as well as a comprehensive wellness and activity program.
All prices are stated per person, unless otherwise specified.

2. Registration & Payment
Registration for the retreat is binding.
Upon booking, a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total price is required.
The remaining balance will be paid according to individual agreement, either in one or several installments, and must be paid in full no later than 30 days before the start of the retreat.

3. Cancellation by the Participant
Any cancellation must be made in writing. The following cancellation conditions apply:
Up to 60 days before the retreat start: the deposit (30%) will be retained.
59–30 days before the retreat start: 50% of the total retreat price is due.
29–15 days before the retreat start: 80% of the total retreat price is due.
14 days or less before the retreat start or in case of no-show: 100% of the total retreat price is due.

Participants may nominate a replacement participant, provided they meet the participation requirements. The organizer reserves the right to refuse replacement participants for valid reasons.

4. Cancellation by the Organizer
The organizer reserves the right to cancel the retreat for important reasons, such as illness of the instructor, force majeure, or failure to reach the minimum number of participants.
In such cases, all payments already made will be refunded in full.
Any further claims, including travel costs, accommodation expenses, or loss of vacation days, are excluded.

5. Disclaimer of Liability
Participation in the retreat is at the participant’s own responsibility.
The organizer assumes no liability for physical or psychological injuries occurring during the retreat or during travel to and from the retreat, unless caused by intent or gross negligence.

Participants are responsible for ensuring they have adequate health, accident, and travel cancellation insurance.
If participants have pre-existing medical conditions or are pregnant, medical clearance is strongly recommended prior to participation.

6. Illness, Accident, or Death
The organizer accepts no liability in the event of illness, accident, or death of participants during the retreat or during arrival and departure.
Participation is entirely at the participant’s own risk.

7. Changes to the Program
The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the schedule, instructors, or activities, provided that the overall character and intention of the retreat remain unchanged.
Such changes do not entitle participants to cancellation or price reduction.

8. No Refund for Non-Participation in Activities
The retreat price includes specific activities and services that are part of the overall package.
Voluntary non-participation in individual activities does not entitle participants to any refund or partial refund.
The organizer does not provide reimbursement for services not used.

9. Data Protection
All personal data collected during registration will be used exclusively for the organization and administration of the retreat and will not be shared with third parties.

10. Severability Clause
Should any provision of these Terms & Conditions be or become invalid or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
An effective provision shall replace the invalid one, coming as close as possible to the original economic purpose.

 

 

Reisebedingungen für das Retreat

 

1. Retreat-Angebot & Preise

Das Pilates Retreat findet in einer privaten Unterkunft in Kappadokien statt und umfasst fünf Übernachtungen in stilvollen Zimmern sowie ein umfangreiches Wellness- und Aktivitätsprogramm.
Alle Preise verstehen sich pro Person, sofern nicht anders angegeben.

 

2. Anmeldung & Zahlung

Die Anmeldung zum Retreat ist verbindlich.
Mit der Buchung ist eine Anzahlung in Höhe von 30 % des Gesamtbetrags fällig. Diese Anzahlung ist nicht rückerstattbar.

Der verbleibende Restbetrag wird nach individueller Absprache in einer oder mehreren Raten gezahlt und muss spätestens 30 Tage vor Retreatbeginn vollständig eingegangen sein.

 

3. Rücktritt / Stornierung durch Teilnehmer:innen

Eine Stornierung muss schriftlich erfolgen. Es gelten folgende Stornobedingungen:

• Bis 60 Tage vor Retreatbeginn:
  Einbehaltung der Anzahlung (30 %)

• 59–30 Tage vor Retreatbeginn:
  50 % des Gesamtbetrags

• 29–15 Tage vor Retreatbeginn:
  80 % des Gesamtbetrags

• Ab 14 Tage vor Retreatbeginn oder bei Nichterscheinen:
  100 % des Gesamtbetrags

Die Benennung einer Ersatzperson ist möglich, sofern diese den Teilnahmevoraussetzungen entspricht. Der Veranstalter behält sich vor, Ersatzpersonen aus triftigen Gründen abzulehnen.

 

4. Rücktritt durch den Veranstalter

Der Veranstalter behält sich das Recht vor, das Retreat aus wichtigen Gründen abzusagen, z. B. bei Krankheit der Kursleitung, höherer Gewalt oder Nichterreichen der Mindestteilnehmerzahl.

In diesem Fall wird der vollständige bereits gezahlte Betrag zurückerstattet.
Weitere Ansprüche, insbesondere für Reise-, Unterkunfts- oder Ausfallkosten, sind ausgeschlossen.

 

5. Haftungsausschluss

Die Teilnahme am Retreat erfolgt auf eigene Verantwortung.
Der Veranstalter haftet nicht für körperliche oder psychische Schäden, die während des Retreats oder der An- und Abreise entstehen, es sei denn, diese beruhen auf Vorsatz oder grober Fahrlässigkeit.

Die Teilnehmenden sind selbst verantwortlich für eine ausreichende Kranken-, Unfall- und Reiserücktrittsversicherung.
Bei bestehenden Vorerkrankungen oder Schwangerschaft wird eine ärztliche Freigabe dringend empfohlen.

 

6. Krankheit, Unfall oder Tod

Der Veranstalter übernimmt keine Haftung bei Krankheit, Unfall oder Tod der Teilnehmenden während des Aufenthalts oder der An- und Abreise.
Die Teilnahme erfolgt in vollständiger Eigenverantwortung.

 

7. Änderungen im Programm

Änderungen im Zeitplan, bei Trainer:innen oder einzelnen Programmpunkten bleiben vorbehalten, sofern der Gesamtcharakter des Retreats erhalten bleibt.
Solche Änderungen berechtigen nicht zur Stornierung oder Preisminderung.

 

8. Ausschluss von Rückerstattungen bei Nichtteilnahme

Im Retreatpreis sind bestimmte Aktivitäten und Leistungen enthalten, die Teil des Gesamtpakets sind.
Ein freiwilliger Verzicht auf einzelne Programmpunkte (z. B. Pilates-Sessions, Workshops, Ice Bath oder Ausflüge) berechtigt nicht zu einer (Teil-)Rückerstattung.

Der Veranstalter übernimmt keine Rückzahlung für nicht in Anspruch genommene Leistungen.

 

9. Datenschutz

Alle im Rahmen der Anmeldung erhobenen personenbezogenen Daten werden ausschließlich zur Organisation und Durchführung des Retreats verwendet und nicht an Dritte weitergegeben.

 

10. Salvatorische Klausel

Sollten einzelne Bestimmungen dieser Reisebedingungen unwirksam sein oder werden, bleibt die Wirksamkeit der übrigen Bestimmungen unberührt.
Anstelle der unwirksamen Regelung tritt eine rechtlich zulässige Regelung, die dem wirtschaftlichen Zweck am nächsten kommt.
